This exclusive training day is packed with fresh technique exercises, high-energy stamina training and confidence building drills designed to push you past your limits. The training day consists of Ballroom first 12:45-2:30pm with Andrei and Mia, then latin 2:30-4pm with Yegor and Zoe!
