  • What is the SUPASQUAD class?
    SUPASQUAD is a competitive training class consisting of fitness/pilates/Ballroom & Latin with Principle teachers Charlie & Ineta taking you through technical exercises, supervised practice & stamina training getting you ready to hit the competition floor! Book here.
  • What is the SUPASOLO class?
    SUPASOLO is for those looking to take the competitive solo world by storm! Principle teacher Ineta will carefully select choreography each week and look to build styling, performance and confidence by using 10 years of competitive experience to push you to the next level! Book here.
  • How do I book classes?
    Head to the booking section on our website or via our app, select which class suits you, or go for the SUPABUNDLE and receive a SUPA discount for the whole month!
  • Can I book a one off class?
    We believe consistency is key to building quality within your dancing, however please contact a member of the team if you wish to book a one off class which will be subject to availability. Payment can be made on the day if spaces are available.
  • Do you hold classes for beginners?
    Yes! Fridays are for SUPAKIDS & SUPASTRICTLY Adults! Book online or pay on the door and get ready to learn all the fundamentals alongside Principle teacher Ineta and our SUPA rising star Jasmine!
  • What should I/my child wear to classes?
    We recommend our SUPA t-shirt styled with trousers or leggings. Smooth sole footwear is best for beginners, before upgrading to SUPADANCE shoes!
  • How do I get the app on my mobile?

  • How long are private lessons?

  • How many private lessons do I/does my child need?
    We highly recommend that competitive dancers allocate a minimum of 1 hour of private tuition per dance style each week to allow adequate time for focusing on specific areas of improvement, enabling them to master intricate choreography, perfect challenging dance elements and enhance performance quality, thereby giving them a competitive edge. SUPAKIDS, whether aspiring to become competitive dancers or desiring to impress friends, can greatly benefit from a private lesson to further develop their skills. Here are our weekly recommendations: ISTD competitors/social dancers: 1 hour, 1 teacher Teacher student competitors: 1.5hrs, 1 teacher Open/solo competitors: 2hrs, 2 teachers
  • Who will be my teacher?
    Lessons are available with Principle teachers/directors Charlie and Ineta at the current prices listed. Alternatively, our SUPA rising star teacher Jasmine will be bringing her current knowledge fresh off the competition floor at a price of £18.75 per 45 minutes or £25 per hour
  • Do you need to have regular private lessons to attend competitions?
    Private lessons are essential to stepping out on the comp floor! From learning routines to improving technique, this gives you the best chance of making finals and becoming a champion!
  • What do I need to bring to competitions?
    Please see our SUPACOMP check list for all guidance on comp essentials: Dance shoes, competition dresses, shirts/trousers, accessories for hair/makeup, safety pins, food/drink and a focused mindset!
  • How do I know when/where workshops are taking place?
    Keep a look out for any upcoming SUPA TRAINING DAYS held at our studio via our social media platforms or through our future events section on our website!
  • How often do workshops take place?
    SUPA TRAINING DAYS are fantastic events not to be missed! Due to high demand we aim to hold a training day every quarter of year.
